As Christmas approaches, we warmly invite you to join us on Sunday 20 December for our Worth Abbey Pilgrims Advent Carol Service in the Abbey Church.
Led by the Worth Abbey Choir, this beautiful service weaves together music, scripture, and prayerful reflection, creating a space for quiet contemplation amidst the busyness of the season. Through a series of readings and carols, we journey through the Advent story, looking forward in hope and anticipation to the celebration of Christ's birth.
Whether you are a regular member of our congregation or visiting Worth Abbey for the first time, this cherished service offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and prepare spiritually for Christmas.Families are especially welcome.
Following the service, everyone is invited to gather in the Narthex for refreshments and festive treats. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow members of the Worth family;school familes and alumni, parishioners, and friends of the Abbey.
To add to the festive atmosphere, wine will be available to purchase after the service. Please bring cash or change if you would like to enjoy a glass.
We look forward to welcoming you as we gather to celebrate the promise and joy of Advent.
