Brighton Project
Since 2021 three monks of Worth Abbey have lived in a small monastery in Brighton, sharing the monastic life of community and prayer in an urban setting.
They currently live in the presbytery of St John the Baptist, Kemptown. From here they support the priestly ministry in the parish; live alongside the Fitzherbert Community Hub with its commitment to social outreach and provide a programme of prayer and talks for others in line with the Benedictine way of life.
You can find out more about the project through their own website here.
