Celebrating St Benedict Week in Brighton: A Week of Prayer, Reflection, and Community
St Benedict Week, an initiative of the Lay Community of St Benedict, offers a unique opportunity to experience the richness of Benedictine prayer and hospitality. This year’s celebration runs from 5th to 13th July, and is especially significant as it marks two major anniversaries: the 60th anniversary of St Benedict being named Patron of Europe, and the 50th anniversary of the completion of the Abbey Church at Worth.
We warmly invite you to join the monks based at St John the Baptist Church, Kemptown, Brighton (BN2 1AP), for a series of events designed to explore the enduring wisdom of St Benedict in today’s world.
