Easter Sunday Celebration at Worth Abbey
On Sunday 20th April, Worth Abbey hosted a joyous Easter Sunday celebration that brought together a large gathering of families, friends, and the monastic community for a memorable event. The beautiful Easter Sunday Mass, held at 10:00am, was accompanied by the voices of the Worth Abbey Choir alongside the monastic community.
The Abbey Church was decorated with the most beautiful floral arrangements creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere.
After the service, the celebration continued with a delightful array of festive refreshments. Families and children indulged in a variety of treats, including plenty of chocolate delights, adding to the festive spirit of the day. Special activities for children were organised, ensuring that even the youngest members of the community had a wonderful experience.
